+ If you are accepted in the inner circle then you can easily do your job + Willing to train and educate + Global Presence adds credibility in front of customers + Respect work life balance, maybe a little too much for critical workers

Cons

+ Upper Management is a mess + Annual Organizational changes at a minimum + Inner circle remains in management positions regardless of performance + Succession is unknown and adds lack of security + Heavy Politics + Difficult to advance + Poor cost of living raises + Lack of Portfolio, nothing sets them apart to customers
