      free fruit on monday. free parking. payed every two weeks. badge to get in the door. yup that's about it

      Cons

      human resources has no control over the culture of the organization and has allowed conflict of interest in hiring which has completely killed the culture. job announcements are tailored for friends specifically to hire; however i don't understand why they don't look at where the applicant's previous job is. many "directors " are getting big checks with no previous banking experience and riding the wave with no innovation.

      Not able to think of one right now.

      Cons

      Company has gone from bad to worse over the past few years. Too many 'directors' trying to manage in areas they no nothing about. Hiring so many consultants they will soon outnumber the employees. Extremely stressful work environment. Employees expected to work ALL hours of the day, including weekends.
