      overload of responsibilities with tight deadlines; minimal support offered from management. upward mobility or advancement is very difficult

      Pros

      Able to come in early and stay late for OT, if you need. There is a nice little gym. Managers are flexible.

      Cons

      You are just a number to them. Upper management is completely out of the loop of what goes on in the trenches. They say one thing but do another. You NEED a 4 yr degree depending on the position in order to grow, even though you have the necessary skills/experience. The culture feels fake and so do SOME of the employees.
