Pros

i honestly cant think of one.

RUN! DONT DO IT!! I am 100% convinced that all the positive customer service reviews on here are fake. When i was there, i didn't know any rep that loved their job. everyone there looked miserable. The expectations are ridiculous! Everything is extremely micromanaged and counted against you. You go 5 min over your break because youre helping a customer? you are on the phone longer than 6 min because youre trying to be a decent human with the caller? you take too long in the bathroom? all counted against you. sups and managers take too long but can only keep the customer on hold for 2-3 min? still counts against you! Mandatory OT, working from 8-6 with a 30 min lunch, with no time to breathe between calls, no time to think between calls with out being scolded like a 12 yo for not doing what youre supposed to do. YOU WILL REGRET WORKING HERE!

Cons

#1) Directors create silos around their departments and you spend so much time trying to get people to cooperate/communicate, until you inevitably fail and then you spend more time figuring out how to get done what you need to without support. #2) You get paid what you fight for. Don't expect recognition, appreciation, or compensation. You get rewarded when you demand it and threaten to quite if they don't deliver. Managers will work you into an early grave if you let them. #3) The worst PTO policy and Bonus payment policy. #4) Culture of fear. Managers care more about assigning blame and belittling you than about solutions and improvement. #5) Lying is rewarded. #6) Toxic managers abound. Managers will sabotage your work and career in order to ensure their own longevity. #7) The office providers no personal space or privacy and has too few bathrooms.

Pros

The only pro is the coffee machine

Cons

Horrible upper management with unrealistic expectations from new hires. If you plan on working here just know you do not matter to them and they WILL make sure to treat you accordingly. Don’t plan on getting sick or even missing an hour of work without being harshly penalized within the first 3 months and at risk of termination. Prepare to be micro managed from the time you walk in to the time the last call leaves the que. don’t be a second late returning from a break without receiving a write up for “excessive behavior “I’m telling you now the job standards, the upper management and the requirements do not match up with the rate of pay.
