Remote position and good mortgage underwriting experience.

Cons

The biggest issue holding back this company is Authority Anxiety, which creates a toxic environment ingrained with micromanagement and bureaucracy. You may want to take note of the organizational disconnect when not a single person has the simple virtue of intrepidity. It is truly disgraceful to see the extent in which management and HR display an absolute lack of support for its valued employees.
