Plenty of work to keep you busy, good training, overtime available at times, good benefits like 401K, large office and located right off the fwy with plenty of parking and really good security to keep you safe. Some bonus pay at time.

Cons

Some of the newer mgmt. is unprofessional, uneducated, mandatory overtime for long periods of time such as over 6 mos., plus every other Sat., lot's of micromanagement, they expect perfection, mgmt., doesn't listen to employees suggestions to improve workflow. The workload was not even, some had way more work than others with not much to do and leaving on time. Salary & bonuses could be better too. Lots of unnecessary meetings that could be easily done as an email.
