      Pros

      PennyMac has a strong company culture and they strive to continue to make it a great place to work. Always looking to improve their employee's experience and they really listen to the voice of their employees.

      Cons

      It would benefit employees to have a bit more work-life balance and/or the ability to work remotely.

      You will get paid on time. That is about it.

      Cons

      Non existent upward mobility. Poorly run from the top down. Do not take care of employees. Same upper management as Countrywide Home Loans.

      -Some what consistent schedule -Cafeteria where food is made -SOME enjoyable co-workers- -Reasonable pay -Your own desk -Fairly modern Facility

      Cons

      There are so many cons about working for this company! Lets start at, they give you unexpected over time and not just for a day or two maybe even a week...BUT FOR MULTIPLE WEEKS They take away full lunch breaks unexpectedly. They have supervisors that are never anywhere to be found or just dont want to help The supervisors all talk bad about every other employee You cant get a raise unless you move to a different position Supervisors belittle you Its nearly impossible to leave customer service and the supervisor positions are given out like free candy to freinds
