      Work-life balance is really good for me. Pay is decent enough.

      Pros

      Great culture that has been built largely organically. People work together well. Small enough that there are good communications between divisions, large enough to be very competitive in the market for company sustainability and profitability. It feels like a good place to plant roots and stay around a while.

      Cons

      Some of the benefits, like vacation, are back in the dark ages. Most companies start people with three weeks vacation. Promotions happen fast in some areas (Production) slow in other areas (Corporate Admin).

      Pros

      PennyMac has provided me with a lot of employment development training and opportunities. I have been able to develop and grow my career as much or as little as I would like to, based on my commitment and participation in the different training opportunities they offer. I am able to have nights, weekends, and holidays to spend with my friends and families.

      Cons

      The workload at times can be stressful. But, I have never had a job worth having that didn't require hard work.
