      Pros

      They have a great Pantry with amazing cooks

      Cons

      Your vacation time is very limited. If you want the holiday off you have to submit a year before to get approved. There never enough employees to get the vacation you need and deserve . They give you no credit for going out of your way for customers.

      Pros

      There are so many pros I honestly don't think I could name them all here. Their attention to their employees is nothing short of amazing. They make you feel heard, appreciated, and part of the team. All of which are backed by an amazing corporate structure that promotes the same kind of behavior.

      Cons

      Honestly, I cannot actually think of anything I would consider to be a true Con at this point. I have been pleasantly surprised at everything I have experienced with this company.

      Pros

      PNMAC cares about their employees, which was reinforced to an even greater level in response to COVID. The company has open communication with all levels of the leadership team and they look to promote from within.

      Cons

      In the past, PNMAC was known for lower pay than some competitors, but they have made strives to ensure employees are well compensated and valued. The health benefits are good and there is an opportunity to lower your premiums by participating in a workplace health/wellness program. PNMAC is also a very inclusive workplace.
