Pros
Pay is good but employees will be laid off as soon as specified job is complete. No upwards mobility.
Cons
Unresponsive management, unprofessional communication tactics, and indifferent to the way they are perceived in terms of how they treat employees. Very shady and unfortunate that management doesn't care how they are perceived.
