You can be terminated for reporting federal cr!mes internally. Coworkers may trap you in the building and leave you calling for help that won’t come. Paired with a pharmacist who slept on the job constantly. Difficult hours impact all areas of life. Required an intensive 12-day streaks once monthly (switching from 3rd to 1st and back to 3rd shift in the middle). SOP’s lacked a single clear workflow, and were occasionally unclear, though generally seemed very complete. Isolated environment may not be for everyone.

Night shift... Still not horrible, but after 9 years of night shift I had enough. But this is how the business works, product is manufactured prior to the next business day.

Upper management is terrible. Very unorganized and disassociated from the labs across the country. Machines always break and labs are very understaffed. Worst is company continue to lose people because upper management continue to act like high schoolers creating cliques that promote dissent from the lower rungs of the company. Many people are leaving the company in anger because they feel screwed by upper management especially those at corporate.
