Pros

Very friendly employees beyond management. Great benefits. Excellent training. Very high tech field where the knowledge can be used anywhere. Very good pay and bonuses.

Cons

Night shift... Still not horrible, but after 9 years of night shift I had enough. But this is how the business works, product is manufactured prior to the next business day.
