Fellow employees make it a good place to work

Cons

Too many overpaid managers, employees are undervalued and underpaid. No bonuses, no incentives. Senior management are extremely rude and disrespectful to the shop floor staff

PF came on a long way since I first started. It was the best HR team i have ever worked in. Great people in the company.

None I enjoyed my time at PF only left for career progression.
