      Great if you're mates with bosses

      Pros

      Cafeteria, stable employment. Nothing else. If you have mates there, you don't have to work hard at all.

      Cons

      Performance doesn't really matter. All that matters is how you can position yourself within the company. If you have good connections or if you are attractive, you don't really have to do any work, suckers will do it for you. It is a company where nothing is ever good enough, but they keep people around even if they are always late/don't show up/show up drunk or drugged. You have to be the lowest common denominator. But they also ignore or even punish initiative and peak performance.

      Pros

      Everyone is really lovely and helpful. I have been here around a year and one of the things you notice straight away is how nice everyone is. It's nice to know that everyone wants to work hard to get a good end result.

      Cons

      There are some challenges with working as part of a bigger European team since SPS was taken over by PF Concept however, this seems to be getting much easier as time is moving on.

      I'm racking my brain to find one, I can't. Maybe the coffee.

      Cons

      Total chaos in all departments. No room for growth. The worst lunch option imaginable. Portrays itself to be an international company - FAR FROM IT. Clueless employees. Outdated systems that don't work half the time. Outdated way of working in general. Not open to improvements. No work-life balance whatsoever. Low salaries.
