      Fellow employees make it a good place to work

      Cons

      Too many overpaid managers, employees are undervalued and underpaid. No bonuses, no incentives. Senior management are extremely rude and disrespectful to the shop floor staff

      Pros

      I have worked here 6 months, the culture in the office is one of openess, friendliness and transparency when relevant. Management team is friendly which filters down through the entire office work force. What i find strange is that there are no real 'bad apples' here, everyone pulls together to get the job done and there is always something to laugh at. Could nt reccomend working here enough!
