it's a job, it's a job

Cons

everything else, there is no communication of any kind. wage is bad, people are replaceable on a spot. contracts are open ended and no way to know for how long or how short. no benefits of any kind, can't take a sick leave or a personal day with no pay, without getting covered by someone else

no communications of any kind no benefits at all can't take a day off, unless cover your shift can't get sick no future opportunities one stays where one is forever
