Pros

Paychecks were almost always on time. Allowed independent contractors to perform work without micro-management.

Cons

No holiday/Sick pay or paid leave. Received a 8 percent pay cut and one slight pay increase during my period of 4 years..

Pros

It's a job if you don't have any other options or are just starting out. Other than that not much good can be said.

Cons

They will decrease pay and hours whenever they like. They can be hostile and very rude to communicate with. There is no concern for the employee.

Cons

There are no downsides to working for PFI Tech, they are a great company and they keep you employed
