Pros

The mountains next to the building are pretty.

Cons

This place sucks. No one actually knows what they are doing but everyone has a lot of input. They will put you on a time clock and micro manage you until you want to explode. They have extremely high standards and extremely high turnover. Really think about it before you decide to work here. The pay seems a little higher than average but the benefits suck so it's a wash. I'm also pretty sure management spies on you, reads your every email and tries to motivate you by telling you that you suck on a daily basis. With the amount of people interviewing you would think it's a tourist destination. Constant turnover. There is also no break room and no place to go and dogs under your bathroom stall while you are trying to pee.

Pros

- Being surrounded by bright and hardworking teammates. I have worked at a fortune 100 company and other medium size companies, and can honestly say I have learned more at PFL in 1 year then the last few combined. People at PFL are honest, down to earth, and committed to helping create new levels of success. - Exciting new SaaS business; opportunity to grow a new niche - Being able to implement change - Beautiful views! Love that the company has an exciting start-up feel, and is in Montana!

Pros

Fast Paced, good people, fun friendly enviornment. Nice building with great views

Cons

Always wanting you to work overtime, covering shifts. Schedule is tiring. Over managed by the many levels of management. High expectations while they stand around. Lots of meetings.
