Pros

A lot of opportunity, GREAT people, interesting challenges throughout the day, decent wage for Livingston, MT.

Cons

Some personality challenges on the management team, particularly in senior management, make working closely with many of the managers unpleasant, discouraging, and disillusioning. Also, promises made by some managers are rarely kept so decisions about your future cannot necessarily be relied upon.

Pros

You find the people you really love to work with and they are awesome. The dogs in the office is very cheerful.

Cons

Upper management is horrible, stuck in their ways, claim they are good communicators and leaders but are far from it. Company claims there is accountability....NO accountability. Everyone points fingers, especially upper management. Everything is in constant chaos. Bad pay and bad benefits.

Pros

Decent job with average to slightly above average pay. Lots of opportunity to learn and develop new skills.

Cons

Culture is some what cultish ie. drink the juice. Be prepared to be micro managed like never before. Metrics, metrics and more metrics. Very competitive with lots of "yes men" and bus tossers.

We put a lot of effort into creating great training programs, processes, and employee enrichment. Sometimes these processes can feel like you’re being micromanaged, but they are there to make sure every team member delivers the same great customer experience. We invest in our leadership and employees, providing personal development opportunities, training, and offer lots of opportunity to learn and grow.-Marne Reed, VP of Human Resources
