We appreciate feedback and the perspective of our employees. In sales, we offer a base pay plus bonuses which are earned at the potential of each individual based on their skills, hard work and results. We do not have a cap. Additionally, bonus income is earned (as mentioned) on paid business meaning good business sold. In order for a customer to have an in force policy (coverage) it must be funded according to the guidelines of insurance regulations. If a policy is sold but does not pay and become a live policy, we would not pay an agent on this. It is not in the best interest of the customer, agent or company to do business in this way. Our 3 T's, Trust Transparency and Teamwork reflect how we strive to have effective communication to our employees on how we do solid business with our customers and employees in mind. We will continue educating our employees on items like this so that each has clear understanding of the why behind the decisions and company practices. Thank you.

Pros

you aren't micro managed. Yo got to different branches and try to make a sale at a table you set up.

Cons

After a year there are no incentives.

Glad to hear we are not micro managing people! We have a broad range of incentive and rewards enjoyed by our employees including sales commission, bonus, merit increases, profit sharing, metric and not metric awards, premium getaways, Pro Dinners, Team and top producer dinners, contests, referral bonuses and more. We encourage our employees to take advantage of our offerings . We will continue to add incentives that drive the right business and motivate our people.
