In no way does this company operate internally as advertised externally. If you fit, good for you, but if you can't stand being micro-managed in a zero trust company culture, better look elsewhere.

Thank you for your feedback. Part of our interview process includes a shadow day so that the day to day can be experienced. Trust, transparency and teamwork are part of our tenants. Not many like micro management nor do we. We do, however, implement workforce management so that we can best optimize the time of our employees and best service to our clients and customers. Best to you in your future endeavors and sorry we were not a good match for you.
