Pros

You'll love PFP as soon as you get on board. The company invests a lot in each employee. Tons of training and tremendous support when you begin to sell. Also, the comp package includes salary, incentives, and an incentive trip for top performers to a beautiful sunny resort. This company cares about its people and goes the distance to make work fun and rewarding.

Cons

PFP is always trying something new. So be prepared to deal with change.

Pros

Great training from licensing, company training and continued education. Great salary, incentives, and benefits. Good opportunity for growth as the company is expanding. The opportunity to be successful in sales in always there as the credit unions are continuously growing as well. There is no cold calling which is common in insurance sales and appointments for sites are scheduled for you. The hours are reasonable.

Cons

There are none at this time.
