      Employed and licensed to sell insurance.

      Cons

      Unprofessional management who is misleading and micro managing employees with use of intimidation. Make sure the pay is in writing. Management does not provide clear instructions and expectations. This is a very hostile work environment.

      Pros

      Sales jobs available in many states. Good first job to get insurance sales experience. They provide training and insurance licensing. There are opportunites for advancement in sales to management. Diversity.

      Cons

      They have below average pay. The senior management is mostly second generation family and most have been there for many years. It's an exclusive club but they can't agree on anything. It is an unfriendly place to work, management doesn't respect employees and employees don't respect each other. They claim to be a company of values, but they don’t practice what they preach. It’s a revolving door, they have high turnover and most new employees don't make it past 6 months. Employees are in constant fear of losing their job. They have far too many poor managers and management doesn’t do anything to fix the problem. Advancement opportunities are poor in non-sales roles. Some sales territories are too large and require a lot of travel.
