I love the atmosphere here at The Family Security Plan, the company culture is unmatched. There is a true sense of community here, on any given day, upper leadership will stop by your desk to check in and see how you're doing, and if you need anything. I genuinely feel like my ideas and opinions are valued and listened to, which is something you don't get everywhere these days. When I came here I was making a career change, and I'm so glad that I did. The Family Security Plan is the kind of company that encourages growth and capitalizes on peoples strengths, overall a wonderful place to work.

No regular check-ins with new hires, Testing programs for state requirements aren't taught properly.

Providing paid insurance licensing coaching in conjunction with a proven training platform is part of our professional development for (unlicensed) new hires. Our track record has been 90% pass for our participants. We know how arduous studying and attaining the pass benchmarks by module can be and therefore like to engage with our new hires during this 2-3 week period.
