Pros
Once you find a good work buddy it becomes easier to motivate each other to keep at it. Training team is awesome and remain friendly throughout the entire time of employment.
Cons
Where should I start??? Of course there is favoritism as it relates to management because half of them are related. When you voice a valid complaint to promote change and togetherness your, you are looked at as a problem and then there is a direct target on your back. They sale you on the QA bonus but find other way to makes sure you never see the bonus. They promote professionalism but most of the supervisors are, for a lack of a better term, "ghetto"! Most of the Senior Reps socialize and have bad attitudes instead of showing true leadership and helping their team because THAT'S WHAT THEY ARE PAID TO DO!!!!! The work is very easy but the company would be so much better if they really hired people who care to serve people rather than collect a check and make the front-line agents feel uncomfortable.
