Pros

Good people and good employee benefits. Reasonable days off and quality of life balance. Changes may bring a better environment in the future.

Cons

No growth opportunities and salaries are low. Raises are also low and not in keeping with market value. No diversity and access to educational and professional growth tracks for employees with tenure. Not flexible to working mothers and the environment creates an unsocial atmosphere.

Should be an internship

Pros

You work for the PGA TOUR. You get a lot of time off, including just about any holiday there is. They have great benefits.

Cons

This should be an internship, not an entry level position. You can hardly afford anything with the pay being minimum wage, you will fully need help from your parents. They play favorites in this program and it really brings moral down in the office.
