      Bonuses for performance, great co-workers and decent pay.

      Team Leads play favorites, Team Leads not always available and are somewhat insulting if you ask questions.

      Pros

      Progressive Medical protocols, equipment, and training at the base level. Updated and trend setting medicine. Newer safe helicopters and pilots.

      Cons

      Schedule is more than the industry standard, pay is less than other companies in the area, upper management disconnect, poor PTO accrual and don’t appreciate staff.

      Management doesn't seem to have a clue. They make decisions based on bad information and they really hurt their employees.
