      Pros

      My co workers. Worked with some great dedicated folks. I hope that someday they get the appreciation and compensation they deserve. The Strategic Operations Team (SOT)

      Cons

      The mid level management on the PFS floor. Just awful, the PFS Supervisors are the worst I have ever had for a few reasons: Terrible communicators, didint strike me as being too bright, very judgmental and unfair. As bad as the Supervisors are, the Team Leads are even worse. They couldn't care less about the folks they have on their team. They know very little about how to lead and sometimes even less about how to do the job. Very quick to point the finger and push blame.

      Pros

      Safety, decent training, great maintenance practices at most bases, no pressure to fly in unsafe conditions, more stable employment than other air medical companies, 401K contribution doubled up to 6% by company.

      Cons

      Questionable management decisions. Horrendous marketing department compared to other companies. No urgency in staffing open positions which leads to over worked staff trying to cover open shifts. Nurse and medic pay needs to improve in certain parts of the country.

      Pros

      Most coworkers are amazing and make it the top pro of staying. Lunch is catered or you are given a doordash allowance daily.

      Cons

      Management could use improvement. Training is lacking while you are overloaded with work. Promotions are done based on favoritism not tenure nor skill set. In office full time. You
