      Pros

      Very helpful group of people. Constantly helpful and knowledgeable in all departments. PHI AirMedical isn’t guessing when it comes to standards. They have established programs consistent with aviation requirements.

      Cons

      Not many cons to consider. They are a large organization and that might intimidate some people, but they overcome their size with professional and friendly employees.

      WAS a good company

      Pros

      The people that I had pleasure to work with for 7 years, They all where Professional in there Job, and only wanted the Best out come for a Safe aircraft for the Crews to do their jobs, and return to base, and return to their Families.

      Cons

      Then the BEAN Counters bought the company with there Ideas about how to change a Profitable company into what they wanted, (Remind you that they sit in a Office and don't do our work and have NO Idea) just to do the job right we have a list of items that have to be checked everyday some days we have jobs have to be done and it keeps you busy everyday, and don't have time to do all the GAMES extra that they want you to do or it will affect your raise. The last year I gave up on another Raise because I left Childhood Many many years ago and knew I wasn't going to play them which is one of the main reasons I decided Dec 2025 I was Retiring and not be involved in a company wants you to play Games when DOING YOUR JOB IS MORE IMPORTANT.

      7/7 is a good schedule

      Cons

      25% under median salary yet asks for exceptional work. The PPO plan is a joke and way to expensive for what it covers
