      Pros

      Modern, capable aircraft, well-maintained by the best mechanics I have seen in the industry. Above average salary levels and compensation with an excellent 401K match. Opportunities for workover (additional pay at time & a half) are plentiful, and if willing to relocate there are a number of job openings or advancements possible.

      Cons

      The company is highly structured and values adherence to standards and procedures. Individualists will adapt or leave. Company training is the best I have seen in the industry, but is sometimes bogged down due to limitations of available simulation and other training facilities.

      Awesome maintenance on aircraft and care regarding safe flight operations.

      Pros

      Aircraft are well maintained. Management is safety conscious and promotes adherence to safety policies. Great place to work. Large company opportunities to work in many cities and several locations internationally.

      Cons

      Company is large and working in a remote location distances employees from having working relationships with more than a limited set of employees. Remote location also limits access to information about happenings within the company.
