Business Outlook
Pros
Big enough company to be secure in having a job if current program closes. Paycheck is always on time. Senior Management has a good vision for the company and is very approachable. Pay is best in the Air Medical industry.
Cons
Middle Managers aren’t properly recruited, trained, or developed. Employees and managers are totally disconnected from the realities of line operations. Often seem more concerned with moving up the ladder than doing their jobs in supporting line operations. Health insurance is terrible.
