Good 401k match (2 to 1).

Cons

Schedule does not allow for an semblance of a life outside work. Constant turnover since implementing new schedule (1on-1off-1on-1off-1on-4off, 24 hr shifts). No additional compensation for remote bases. Part time positions eliminated. Parents, those with other FT work effectively forced to leave. Preceptors worked into the ground training new hires constantly for several months in a row. Parent company has retained advisor to explore sale of air medical. What that means for flight line staff is unknown.

Good protocalls, education and equipment.

Cons

The favoritism that is displayed and preferential treatment and lack of respect is challenging. Blame is quickly misplaced to the one who is not part of the "in" crowd. Young innexperanced medic in leadership position. A general dislike of nurses and attutide that they are a necessary evil.
