Disastrous decision making at the top. Clinical staff are drastically under paid, overworked, and leaving the company in droves since their schedule was completely turned on its head. Their standard work week is now 56 hours and since we are so short on clinical staff there is an endless amount of overtime, a lot of which is not being covered, hence our flight volume is way down this year.

No overtime pay, increased work hours, horrible amount of PTO for Air medical crews (168 hours equates to 7 days of sick/vacation for a decade long employee),clueless and careless management, lack of fairness (if you’re friends with manager you get a pass on disciplinary actions)
