      Pros

      Safety culture is the best in the industry and the company pours lots of resources into maintaining that. Just Culture disciplinary process removes much of the subjectivity since elsewhere. Great equipment across the board. Clear chain of command that appears rare to me in the industry. Input and new ideas are taken seriously.

      Cons

      Has previously been slow to adapt and move away from Oil and Gas division. Massive improvement as of late and a very bright future ahead
