Management was forced to allow working from home since there is a serious staffing issue. Over 20+ employees have quit within the last year.
Neither patient navigation nor communications receive a shift differential for 2nd or 3rd shift as their company polices are primarily scripted for the field agents. And since they work 24 hour shifts that screw these two departments over.
PHI is currently offering a sign-on bonus for the field agents and the communications department. Even though patient navigation is very understaffed as well there is no offer for any of the positions.
Little to no growth within the department. Pay raise is essentially inexistent.
