      Being a patient advocate was very much rewarding to me.

      Cons

      The company Management has no skills when training, or keeping there personal life out of the work force. The Management team at times became very emotional and disturbed PFS staff.

      Pros

      The pilots and medical crews are some of the best trained in the industry and they truly have a passion for what they do. Benefits package is outstanding.

      Cons

      There is a "new procedure" that comes out almost on a daily basis. The new procedures are implemented after an employee screws up and gets fired. Its a very corporate environment so you either adapt or you get written up until you are fired. Its very black and white.
