      Pros

      Great working environment, very professionally run operation. Staff are well trained and very well looked after from a financial, social and career path standpoint. Great charitable involvement opportunities. The fact is, if you have got what it takes to make it through the first year, you will have the skill-set to work anywhere.

      Cons

      PHMG are all about high standards and improvement, if you are looking for an easy gig, this may not be for you. You better get ready to bleed PH.

      Pros

      Very nice offices. The staff are well taken care of with great earning potentials and it's great to work in such a friendly environment where everyone gets along.

      Pros

      Great atmosphere - with variety of people to work with Support and training are always available - at any level helping you to success in your role. Commission and KPI's are built into your day to day responsibilities making hitting target very achievable. I began my career working as the most junior level in my team, within 3 years PHMG gave me the opportunity to be promoted multiple times and also relocate.

      Cons

      if you don't like working with internal departments and building over the phone account management this isn't for you.
