While PHMG is a fast-paced business, we've introduced a number of initiatives designed to support flexibility and employee wellbeing, including a range of shift patterns, Friday early finishes, work-from-home options for our US teams as well as a 4.5-day working week. Employees also have the opportunity to earn every Friday off through performance-based incentives.
