      A company moving in the right direction

      Pros

      The business is looking to technology to help move forwards. Many good perks available. Employee Owned. Career pathways and development is available. Leadership appear to be willing to listen to ideas.

      Cons

      Departments need to understand what their counterparts do and how they do it. More understanding leads to better relationships. Business seems to be very sales and finance led. Clear T&Cs need to be available for all products and services.

      Pros

      Great team to work with. Looked after by management. Good atmosphere, everyone has a laugh. Motivating environment and good commission earning potential. Half day Friday!

      Cons

      Hours can be tough as working north American Hours, but that's what I signed up for.

      Pros

      Clear direction and requirements for the role, The rewards are there for achieving and overachieving targets. Excellent commissions and extra incentives in place weekly. The culture is great, never worked at a business before with so many likeminded people, made many friends for life working here and feel looked after and happy within my role.

      Cons

      No issues after nearly 4 years of service, The management team are approachable and previously when I needed help, they have always been there to support.
