      Pros

      This company really rewards hard work - I joined in Nov 2016 and have already received a promotion! As well as career progression the company offers some awesome incentives and a rewarding, achievable commission structure (which I have found not be the case in other sales companies!) There is also a great team dynamic on the sales floor where everyone helps each other where they can and have fun while they do it.

      Cons

      I work on the USA sales team so you do lose your evenings during the week (but you do gain late starts so you can lay-in or head to the gym in the morning. If you cannot commit to consistent hard work, then this won't be the job for you - but if you can then it offers real opportunity and great earning potential!

      Pros

      I have been working for PHMG for almost a year now. My experience so far with the company has been everything that was promised in the interview plus more. I can honestly say this is the first job I've had where I enjoy coming into work everyday. The management team does a great job day in and day out of creating an atmosphere that's conducive for success. The company puts into place all the necessary tools needed for you to produce at your position. Yes it is hard work at the end of the day, but if you put the time and effort into this position just like anything else you will reap the rewards. In the 10 months that I have been with the company, I have had the opportunity to travel to our corporate office in Manchester and also to one of our offices in London. In addition i have won incentives that included an Xbox, iPad, and dinners at some of Chicago's finest restaurants. PHMG does a incredible job of incentivizing their sales staff. The opportunity of career growth within the company is exponential. With Chicago being our only North American office and talks of opening up offices in Texas and California they are looking for the right people to spearhead said markets. PHMG also does a great job of only promoting within.

      Cons

      Only one minor con is that there has yet to be a 401k put into place for the U.S.

      Pros

      It's a fun office, with great people. Busy days and variety in the role mean that every day flys by. Office views are amazing. Rewards/incentives are great, and it encourages a good work ethic. Company is always evolving, so changes are made very often to make things better. Support is there if you need it.

      Cons

      Playlist is a bit repetitive. Not being the Head Office means it can feel separate at times, but the smaller office means everyone is really tight across all departments - plus our office has amazing views. Frequent changes can sometimes throw you off, but they have good intentions. The work load can get very heavy during busy periods.
