Pros- Having worked at PHMG for nearly 2 and a half years, there has always been a focus on continuous development on my skills and knowledge. PHMG do a lot help to strengthen and further develop your natural abilities and skillset. The company is growing rapidly, therefore there is always room to grow with the business and possible relocational opportunities with the new offices being open around the world. Your skills and qualities will never go unnoticed, my Managers in particular have always shown great interest in the qualities I’ve brought to PHMG and enhancing these so I can perform at my best. The team atmosphere is great, you will make great friends in nearly all of the departments. Our offices are very lively and quite cool yet very professional at the core. There is music always playing, Ping-Pong and pool tables to play on, even a bar! PHMG has recently introduced “PH PERKS” which gives employees the opportunity to enjoy some company benefit’s such as, free gym membership and beauty treatments.

I have worked at PHMG for a year and a half and I can comfortably say that it is the best place I have ever worked! Throughout my time at PHMG I have felt secure in my role and the vibe around the office is dynamic and buzzing. Opportunity to progress and move to other departments is available. Management is excellent and very well structured. Training and guidance is provided if needed by peers around you and people are always happy to help. The company look after staff with perks such as a games room with pool tables, discounted gym memberships an monthly competitions to win gadgets such as TV's and soundbars. PHMG is an excellent place work, hard work is required but the outcome is substantial.
