Since joining the PHMG family, I have nothing but praise for the working environment and the management team. Having worked for the company for less than a year, I have already seen the huge growth of the company, entering into new countries and continuing to be the worlds leading audio agency. It's an exciting time to be at PHMG. The atmosphere is always positive on a day to day basis. The commission structure is more than fair - put the hard work in and you will be rewarded. The PH perks is another great incentive on top of the commission.

Cons

Traffic can be pretty busy when its game day.

The company provide you with excellent training, support and resources to be sure that you can do your job to the best of your abilities and talk about the service with knowledge and confidence. The commission structure is great and keeps us all motivated to put in hard work and the little PH perks here and there really do set this company apart from others.

I've worked as an MDE in London since mid Nov. I've hit my target every full month since then and as a consequence now run a team, have had two pay rises on my basic and I'm earning more than the OTE. I do work extremely hard, the hours aren't to sociable, but the office is fun, a supportive team spirit and a rapidly expanding business means opportunity for those who can hit. I have been, so I like it

Cons

Working American hours mainly. Days off at management discretion (book in advance). Pool table could do with better cues. If you're good enough for this job its great, if you're not its hard work and unsociable hours for not enough reward.
