My time at PHMG has seen us move from strength to strength. During my interview I was told about expansion plans and they have exceeded their targets. The atmosphere is great in the office and the company culture is something you become a part of immediately. Colleagues are working hard and enjoying the benefits of the company. There's always exciting new opportunities which you can work towards. I've had 3 promotions within 3 years, leading to my current Senior Account Manager position. You're always rewarded for hard work with fantastic commission and incentives. The company is very dynamic and the product is always improving, with new voice overs coming on-board and unique compositions. The PHMG Foundation supports a number of different charities and an enormous amount of money is raised each year. The company generously matches the amount which is raised by the staff.
