Pros

I have never worked for a company that rewards handwork as much as this company. There are tons of incentives and they're pretty manageable to achieve. The product of OHM (on-hold marketing) is very unique and we're the world's leading audio branding agency so there's not a lot of competition.

Cons

The music is a little loud some days, but it's managable.

Pros

The only pro to working here is the commission you can earn. I only worked for PHMG for a short while but this is not a company to work at for a long term career. There are many reasons for this:- • bad management . The only plus really is commission but there are so many sales jobs paying decent commission.

Cons

I only worked for PHMG for a short while but this is not a company to work at for a long term career. There are many reasons for this:- • high turnover of staff and some laid off for silly reasons instead of helping them and supporting them they just get new people in to constantly replace. • Hours of work are ridiculous and you are expected to stay late to source your own leads. • Constant negative pressure from peers with continuous monitoring of minutes spent on the phone and calls made out. • lack of support and training. If you underperform then you are expected to take training courses in your lunch break which is only 45 minutes anyways and stay later after working hours to get help. • made to take part in charity events and donate money. This I find awful charity is something you choose to do and for a cause you care about but being forced to do a santa dash or buy children's toys for Christmas even though you have your own charities you support aswell is outrageous really and should be a choice not forced.
