      Absolutely nothing, worst company I have ever worked for. All the positive reviews on here are made by 2 employees or the senior management themselves.

      Pros

      If you enjoy working hard and being properly rewarded for doing so then this would be the company for any career driven, money hungry sales professional. Unlike the many companies that change commission structures and targets when it suits them, PH Media does what it says on the tin. You write your own pay cheque and can progress very quickly to management. If it weren't for me relocating I'd still be very happy there

      Cons

      Be prepared to graft and put in a standard 9 hour day... This isn't right for a 9-5 clock-watcher who just wants to float by and do the bare minimum

      Pros

      The OTE sounds promising, they offer you international trips, all sounds great, but, none of what you're offered is actually true

      Cons

      The reality is, 1st week, found my boss doing illegal things in the toilet, was threatened physically by a manager from Manchester if I didn't come to work even though I was ill. Saw various female staff leaving London office in tears from harassment and bullying. The place is dreadful. Asked to speak to some in HR, they don't have anyone. Most of the reviews on here are fake and written by staff that are threatened with their job if they don't write a positive review. Avoid at all costs.
