      A real insight into Sales and building character

      Pros

      When I started at PH I had little to no sales experience, management and all of my colleagues had my back from the start till the end, the culture is great, the laughs are even better, it’s fair to say that management have really helped me get my ‘business head on’. Owe PHMG a lot, if they offer you a job, take it.

      Cons

      It’s sales, so there’s an element of pressure there, but team morale keeps you going with ease.

      Pros

      Great place to start and develop your career. Give opportunities to grads and help them progress quickly. Brilliant characters in the business and everyone is super social. Plus, the directors know how to invest so everyone has a top laugh in and out of work. Lots of extracurricular activities going on and people are genuinely more like friends than colleagues.

      Cons

      None for me personally. I got a lot out of the place in my 3 years there.
