I got to trade in African/Asian/American markets and saw some amazing places. Great Product/Strong brand/Market Leaders The most professional company i have come across. Money that you earn on the road is life changing over 100k a year easily. Directors all have a winning mentality that i have not come across before, that is infectious in the company, from Grant Reed the MD, to Mark Williamson the Sales Director. No expense spared when it comes to staff, constant cash incentives and big prize giveaways. Work events are amazing!

Cons

On the road a bit of driving is involved sometimes.

Good for your cv as recruiters are well aware of how PH treat staff. If you can stick this you'll stick anything!

Cons

List is too long, managers are weak and no idea how to manage a multi million pound business. The business is not sustainable in uk so now sending staff abroad to try and keep growing. You don't and won't earn £100k as they run your diary and as soon as you're not flavour of the month they'll fill your diary with poor quality appointments. No pension in place, no healthcare, no HR, please don't make the mistake of believing their claims.

Pros

Great work ethics, fantastic money and huge opportunity to progress your career. They now have offices across the world and are consistently growing.

Cons

Long hours but you can't expect to earn over £100k with out them. My advice if you want to earn good money and your not afraid of hard work then go and work for PHMG.
