If you work hard you are rewarded so well financially. The staff are all great, and want nothing more than for you and everyone around you to do well. There are endless amounts of incentives - literally multiple times a week. PHMG literally throw money at you, and targets are actually very achievable. Every member of staff is valued as much as the other. And all the help you need is there. Great company.

I feel lucky to have a job I enjoy going to each day. I’ve learnt a lot since I started as a graduate, and the bonus system motivates me to work hard – it’s very much what you put in, you get out. And the people I work with make the job. It’s a really fun environment that’s only got better after moving to the creative floor which opened a couple of months ago. The work aside, there’s a great variety of perks that are constantly being added to – like free gym memberships, an in-office beautician, and a bar in the office too. The Christmas and summer parties are also a big pro.
