Cons

The environment is extremely fast-paced and high-pressure, which can be stressful if you’re not used to a sales culture. Targets are challenging, and if you don’t hit them consistently, progression can feel out of reach. The role requires resilience—rejection is constant, Work-life balance can be tough, especially during busy periods, as the expectations are high.
