- Horrible culture and bad vibes
- Very high turnover (They churn and burn employees like crazy)
- Poor leadership and organization when moving to senior sales floor.
I worked here for a period of 6 months and it was highly turbulent. I enjoyed the job at the start, the academy period has engaging and personable leaders to guide you through your training and work days. However, once you move over to the senior sales floor everything seemingly turns on its head. With a change in leadership and they will move you from team to team without regard for where you perform best or your relationship with team members. Negative experience with leadership and co-workers with a frat culture on top of that. Employees quit almost every couple days, and it is clear their business model is built around this churn and burn style of employment.
All in all it was a very negative experience, but I do appreciate the sales training I received. I would steer clear of this, it is not worth the headache or impact to your mental health.
